A Spotlight On: Opportunities in UK Equities
In this 'A Spotlight On' panel, we looked at what seems to be asset allocators least favourite asset class - UK equities.
The UK market got off to a fairly decent start this year, although some of the issues around SVB and Signature have undoubtedly unnerved investors a little bit in March. As we look forward, where do the experts see the opportunities?
Fund managers Alexander Wright (Fidelity International), Chris St John (AXA Investment Managers) and Neil Veitch (SVM Asset Management) joined John Monaghan, Head of Research, to discuss:
-
Where they see the risks and opportunities in this space.
-
The current view on mid caps and any interesting companies that they are holding.
-
Their opinion on M&A over the longer term.
